I work intuitively with the body's energy system and natural intelligence to create internal and external balance. Working alongside the client, an internal dialogue takes place during the treatment inviting you to explore your inner realms and guiding you on a journey of self discovery.

I believe that by listening deeper to ourselves we can become more in tune with the subtle shifts within and around us, leading us to have more clarity, compassion and space in our lives.  I am a Reiki Master trained since 2008 under Rittu Sood in India and I have also studied multiple energy apprenticeships under Chelsea Wise.

I offers 90 minute reiki energy sessions both in person and remotely. Please see below for more information on the types of energy sessions offered and client testimonials.

ENERGY IN PERSON SESSIONS

Here is a little more Information about the energy reiki sessions that I offer. It is quite hard to explain what happens during the sessions, as each one is unique and different based on what you need at that given time. I believe that the healing comes in whatever form it needs to, aiming to rebalance the body as much as possible. I use a mix of hands on and hands off energetic and reiki healing, guided meditations, sound and plant medicine bundles, depending on what is needed.

I am in dialogue with you for the entire session (mentally) and am essentially following your inner wisdom to work with into areas in order to establish as much equilibrium as possible. Often I receive information from your body through visual images.

After the session we will have a chat immediately and discuss and decipher any messages, images or feelings that came up during your experience.

Each session is 90 mins ( 1hr treatment + 30 mins discussion) = £80 

You will also receive an audio recording of your feedback after the session for your own reference. If you would prefer written notes there is an additional £30 charge, these will then be emailed over to you about a week after the session.

If for any reason you need to reschedule the session that is fine, I just ask for 24 hours notice, otherwise charge the full price of the session. I require payment in advance for the session via the booking page.

LONG DISTANCE HEALING SESSSIONS

Long distance energy sessions hold the same intentions as in person sessions, but have a unique flavour. I connect with your energetic body and listen, respond and work to rebalance as much as possible. With long distance sessions you will receive a full recording of the session.

We will organise a time slot of one hour where you can lie down and receive the healing in your current location/ home. We will do this at the same time, making sure our time zones are aligned. If you can set a timer on your phone this is normally the easiest method so you will know when the hour is up.

There is nothing that you need to do during the healing, just lie comfortably and you can start to soothe your nervous system by just observing your breath with your eyes closed. It is fine if you fall asleep.
I will connect to your body and energetic system via long distance healing techniques for an hour and record the experience.If you find yourself thinking about particular ideas, people, situations during the session just try to keep a hold of them in your mind as they are normally not a coincidence.

Before the session I will require a recent photo and a voice note from you, so I can tune into your energetic field more easily. Ten minutes after the session finishes we will have phone call where we will discuss and decipher any messages, images or feelings that came up during your experience. I will also send you the full audio recording of the session for your records.
