The diverse range of poses/exercises, which were clearly explained and demonstrated. Options were always clear for my shoulder problem. I loved the great balance and flow between the more intense core work-outs, invigorating stretches and total relaxation.
Leyla’s yoga classes are always varied – with a different focus each week they give you a new challenge and remain exciting! You can always work to your own ability and Leyla always finds the time to come and help you if you are struggling to master a particular pose. I really feel like I have noticed an improvement in my ability from week to week. Overall, my core strength and flexibility have definitely increased.
