Pregnancy yoga


Leyla trained with Uma Dinsmore- Tulli and Lisa White's pregnancy yoga training with Yoga Campus. She believes that pregnancy yoga is

integral to preparing the mind and body for birth. Her classes are a mix of soft flowing movements with specific breath work and deep

relaxations and meditations to encourage rest and nourishment for both you and your baby.

Doing antenatal yoga with Leyla was one of the highlights of my week while pregnant!
It was time in which I was able to really treat my body, doing poses that were therapeutic to my growing, aching body.
It was so reassuring to know that I was being guided into doing poses that were safe while pregnant and that then I could replicate them on my own. Leyla ran the classes in a way that made me feel really connected to my baby and I always ended the class feeling so rested and relaxed. I learnt lots from Leyla and used a few of the poses to work through early contractions. I’m sure that doing the relaxation techniques at the end of the class contributed to me having a calm baby after birth! Thank you so much Leyla!
